Phase 1 of the renovation required structural reconstruction of the main floor single story roof, relocation of interior walls, all new flooring and staircase capping, 2 new fireplaces, addition of a new back deck and patio with railings, new front porch with covered patio and deck, new siding, and shingles. Phase 2 involved the renovation of the lower level family room, bathroom and laundry room. Phase III will involve a new main floor bathroom and kitchen modifications to complete the project
