Lakeland/Farquhar Project to secure and stabilize the house into the hill by creating a 4 tier retaining wall to prevent any movement of the structure and
- create stone covered gradual pathways down to the lake
- create stone steps down to the lower level
- replace and enlarge the side deck with maintenance free decking and railings
- add a new stone façade to the bottom 4 ft of siding encircling the house exterior
- lay a new stone patio off the lakeside main floor with new maintenance free railing
- reface the existing garage to match the façade of the house
- recap the garage floor to create a runoff slope for drainage
